Upgrade

  1. Open Settings from the gear icon on Connections.
  2. Under Subscription, tap Upgrade to pro.
  3. Tap Upgrade to pro - [price]. The price comes from the App Store in your local currency.
  4. Confirm the purchase with Apple.

After the purchase, the Subscription row shows Pro and Active on this device.

Restore a purchase

Use this on a new iPhone or after reinstalling the app.

  1. Open Settings > Upgrade to pro.
  2. Tap Restore purchases.
  3. BucketMate shows Purchases restored successfully, or No previous purchases found to restore if your Apple Account has no Pro purchase.

Sign in with a license email

If you bought a BucketMate license on the BucketMate website instead of the App Store, sign in with the email you used for that purchase.

  1. Open Settings > Upgrade to pro.
  2. Tap Sign in.
  3. Enter your Email address and tap Continue.
  4. Enter the six-digit Verification code sent to your email and tap Verify.
  5. BucketMate shows BucketMate Pro activated when the email has a license for BucketMate iOS.

If no license is found, BucketMate shows No BucketMate iOS purchase was found for this email.

Troubleshooting

  • Purchase is unavailable means the App Store product could not load. Check your connection and try again.
  • Purchase pending means Apple is still waiting for approval, such as Ask to Buy. Pro unlocks when the purchase completes.
  • Canceling the Apple purchase sheet does not charge you and leaves the free version active.
